Files

The workspace media library — shared and private files for your team and agents.

The Files page is your workspace media library. It stores images and other media your team uploads, plus media produced while working with agents, organized into folders.

Roots

The library has two virtual roots:

  • Workspace — media shared with every active member of the workspace.
  • My files — your own private media, visible only to you.

The sidebar's My private, Shared and All available choices filter the library and its roots. All available means your own private files plus shared files. Neither role can browse another member's private space, including through a direct link.

What you can do

  • Upload files and create folders in any root you can write to.
  • Move items between permitted folders. Publishing your private content to Workspace is an explicit confirmed action; Noeryx checks its dependencies before sharing it with the team.
  • Change access on permitted content (Owners): select it and click Access. You can publish your private content or make shared content private to yourself when its dependency checks permit it. You cannot assign media to another member or access their private files. A folder's access change also applies to its nested folders and files.
  • Attach images and files to agent chats from the chat composer. Attachments upload from your computer and are saved to the library in your private Chat uploads folder, so you can find and reuse them later.

Roles

Both Owner and Media Buyer work with files:

  • Media Buyers use workspace media and their own private media, and can publish their own private media to Workspace.
  • Owners may make existing workspace media private to themselves when the action and its dependency checks permit it. Administration grants no access to another member's private media.
