Quick answers to common questions about Noeryx.
Does Noeryx change my advertising accounts automatically?
No. Agents produce recommendations and drafts, and every agent-proposed change goes through human Approvals before it is applied by a background task. Campaigns also has explicit operator controls for supported hierarchy-level On / Off and confirmed selection-scoped Delete. Those commands run only after a person directly requests them; they are not autonomous agent changes.
Which advertising platforms are supported?
Meta Ads is the first available connector. Noeryx is built to be multi-platform, and a new platform only appears in the connect list once its connector is fully built and ready to use.
Who can see my connection's data?
It depends on the connection's visibility: workspace connections are shared with all active members, while private connections are visible only to the assigned member and workspace Owners.
Where are my credentials stored?
Provider tokens and model keys are stored encrypted and are never shown back to you or exposed to agents — only their status is visible. See Models, tools, and BYOK.
What are the user roles?
Owner and Media Buyer. Both can manage providers and agents; only Owners administer the workspace. See Roles and access.
