Roles and access
Understand Owner and Media Buyer, and how connection visibility works.
Noeryx keeps roles deliberately simple. There are two active roles.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything a Media Buyer can do, plus workspace administration: invite/remove members, manage connection visibility and assignment, and delete the workspace. |
| Media Buyer | Connect and sync advertising platforms, work with agents and files, and read campaign data. Cannot administer the workspace. |
Both roles can manage providers and agents. Only Owners administer the workspace itself.
One workspace at a time
Each person belongs to one workspace at a time. To join a different workspace you leave your current one first — a Media Buyer leaves it, and an Owner can't leave and deletes the workspace instead (both from Workspace settings → Danger zone). See Create a workspace and Join a workspace.
Connection visibility
Each connection has a visibility that controls who sees its data:
- Workspace — shared with all active members.
- Private — assigned to one member; also visible to Owners.
A Media Buyer chooses the visibility when creating their own connection. Changing an existing connection's visibility or assigned member is an Owner action. See Connection visibility.
