Roles and access
Understand Owner and Media Buyer, private content, and shared libraries.
Noeryx keeps roles deliberately simple. There are two active roles.

| Owner | Work with their own private content and shared libraries, plus workspace administration: manage members, workspace model credentials and tool availability, and delete the workspace. |
| Media Buyer | Connect and sync advertising platforms, work with agents and files, and read campaign data. Cannot administer the workspace. |
Both roles work with their own providers and agents. Only Owners administer the workspace itself. Administration does not give an Owner access to another member's private content, including connections, agents, chats, history, Calendar tasks or approval requests.
One workspace at a time
Each person belongs to one workspace at a time. To join a different workspace you leave your current one first. A Media Buyer leaves from Workspace settings → Danger zone. An Owner first transfers ownership to an active Media Buyer, then leaves; deleting the workspace is an alternative only when it should be removed for everyone. Private content and shared libraries
Connections, agents and Calendar tasks are personal. Each connection belongs to one member; there is no shared connection or visibility choice when connecting a platform.
Files, skills and knowledge can be explicitly published to the workspace. Both roles can access their own private content and the libraries published as Shared.
The library view selector has three choices: My private, Shared and All available (your own plus shared). It filters library lists; it does not publish content or change access. Personal pages and action queues always show your own work. See Connection visibility.
