Members & invitations

Workspace membership is managed in Workspace settings by an Owner. (Were you invited and want to join? See Join a workspace.)

Invite a teammate

1. Open Workspace settings.
2. In the Access section, enter the teammate's email under Send invite email and choose Send invite.
3. They receive an invite they can accept with a new or existing Noeryx account.

New invitations always join as Media Buyer. Invitations are unique per workspace and email, and stay pending until accepted, declined by the invitee, or canceled by an Owner.

Manage existing members

From Workspace settings, an Owner can:

• Block a member temporarily, then unblock them later.
• Remove a non-Owner member.
• Reset 2FA for a member who can no longer get their two-factor codes. See Two-factor authentication.

Removing a member preserves workspace data and history. It disconnects that member's private connections and disables their personal model credentials, but agents, media, and audit records remain. A removed person can be brought back with a new invite.
