Workspace settings
The shared home for workspace resources, members, roles, and the workspace danger zone.
Workspace settings is where your team's shared resources live — separate from Account settings, which is only about you. A simple rule: if a setting affects the team, shared data, access, or spend, it's in Workspace settings; if it's only about you, it's in Account settings.
Workspace administration is an Owner action. A Media Buyer can open Workspace settings to see members and roles, but only an Owner can invite, block, remove members, or delete the workspace. A Media Buyer's view shows active members only — blocked and former members, and pending invitation emails, are visible to Owners. See Roles and access.

Models and tools
This section controls the shared AI resources every agent can draw from:
- Provider keys store the workspace's model-provider credentials.
- Chat model, Image model, and Embedding model choose which verified models are available for each capability.
- Workspace tools controls the ToolGateway capabilities available to agents in this workspace.
Workspace tools use per-row Off / On controls. Turning a tool on or off saves immediately and updates the counts in place — there is no separate Save tools step. Agent-specific access still lives on the agent page: a tool must be available in the workspace before an individual agent can use it.
Danger zone: leave vs delete
You belong to one workspace at a time, and the danger zone is how you move on:
- A Media Buyer uses Leave workspace to step out of the workspace. Leaving immediately disconnects your private connections and disables your personal model keys; the workspace's shared data stays, and an Owner can invite you back later.
- An Owner can't leave their own workspace — they use Delete workspace instead, which removes the workspace and its data for the whole team. To confirm, you type the workspace's URL slug into the Workspace slug field.
