Join a workspace

If a teammate invited you, you join their workspace as a Media Buyer — you don't create a workspace of your own. (Setting up a new team instead? See Create a workspace.)

Accept an invitation

1. Open the invitation link from your email. It shows which workspace you're joining and the email it was sent to.
2. Create an account or sign in with that email — you'll return to the invitation automatically.
3. Choose Accept invitation to join as a Media Buyer, or Decline invitation. If you have no active workspace, declining leaves you free to set up your own workspace instead.

The invitation only works for the email it was sent to. If you're signed in with a different account, sign out and use the invited email.

Already in a workspace?

You belong to one workspace at a time, so you can't accept a new invitation while you're in another workspace. Leave your current one first:

• If you're a Media Buyer there → Workspace settings → Danger zone → Leave workspace.
• If you're the Owner there → you can't leave; delete the workspace instead (Workspace settings → Danger zone → Delete workspace). Only do this if no one needs it — deleting removes the workspace for the whole team.

Then reopen the invitation and accept. You can choose Decline invitation at any time; declining does not change your current workspace membership.
