Connect a platform

1. Open Connections in your workspace.
2. Choose Connect platform and select an available provider.
3. Set Access to Workspace or Private — this is the connection's visibility — and provide the credentials the provider requires.
4. For Meta Ads, start with Quick connect. If it shows Quick connect coming soon, choose Use manual setup and connect with a System User token instead.

Meta Ads specifics

Meta Ads has two connection paths:

• Quick connect — sign in with Facebook and choose the ad account to share. This is the recommended path when it is live.
• Connect manually with a System User token — generate a token in Meta Business settings and paste it into Noeryx.

For manual setup, the connect screen lists the required permissions: ads management, ads read, business management, page list, page engagement, page ads, page user content, and page engagement management. The optional Business Portfolio ID helps Noeryx match the connection to the right business profile when your Meta user can access more than one.

Your System User must have at least one ad account assigned to it in Meta Business settings. Noeryx checks this before creating the connection and will not connect a token that cannot reach any ad account. Your token is stored encrypted and is never shown back to you — only its status.

Sync your data

After connecting, run a sync from the Connections screen (or the Campaigns toolbar) to pull current accounts and the last 30 days of performance. Syncs are read-only and tracked, so you can see when each one ran and whether it succeeded.

Maintain a connection

From Connections you can replace the stored token (Edit token), Disconnect a connection, or delete an entry that is no longer connected. Use Disconnect when access changes on the provider side, then reconnect with fresh credentials — Noeryx validates the token again every time you connect or replace it.
