Open Connections in your workspace.
Choose Connect platform and select an available provider.
For Meta Ads, start with Quick connect. If it shows Quick connect coming soon, choose Use manual setup and connect with a System User token instead.

A new connection belongs to the member who connects it.

Meta Ads specifics

Meta Ads has two connection paths:

Quick connect — sign in with Facebook. This is the recommended path when it is live.
Connect manually with a System User token — generate a token in Meta Business settings, paste it into Noeryx, and choose the ad accounts to connect.

The token needs every permission the connect screen lists: ads management, ads read, business management, page list, page engagement, page ads, page user content, and page engagement management. Your System User must have at least one ad account assigned to it in Meta Business settings.

To connect with a System User token:

Paste the token and choose Find accounts. Noeryx checks the token and lists the ad accounts it can read; nothing is saved yet. A token that lacks a permission is refused, and each missing permission is named with what Noeryx needs it for.
Tick the ad accounts to connect. They are grouped by business and show their currency and status. Client marks a client's account your business works on; Read only marks an account the System User may read but neither advertise from nor manage. Nothing is ticked for you.
Check the Name. It follows the business of the accounts you tick, or the System User's name when they belong to several businesses.
Choose Connect. Noeryx checks the token again, saves it with the chosen accounts, and starts their first load.

Your token is stored encrypted when you connect and is never shown back to you — only its status.

An account already held by another active connection you own is disabled with Already connected in and that connection's name. The same rule applies in Edit accounts and when reconnecting. A connection that needs attention still holds its accounts; disconnecting it frees them for another connection. Other workspace members may connect the same account through their own connections.

Sync your data

A sync starts by itself when you connect. Its first load covers the last 12 months of performance for each chosen ad account; breakdowns for those dates load gradually afterward. After that, every refresh reads the last 28 days of ordinary performance. A refresh after a long disconnect first reads the days the account missed, so the pause leaves no gap in ordinary performance. Each ad account refreshes on its own: one that Meta stops letting the token read is marked No access and the others keep refreshing. No access clears when that account refreshes again or when you remove it with Edit accounts. Syncs are read-only. The connection card shows the latest sync; the connection journal keeps changes and issues for 90 days, an open issue stays until it is resolved, and sync runs are kept for 30 days. A refresh that fails runs again 10 to 15 minutes later. When Meta asks Noeryx to slow down, the connection pauses for the longer of the time Meta asks for and Noeryx's own pause, which starts at 5 minutes and doubles with each failed refresh in a row, up to an hour.

When Meta refuses a change Noeryx makes in an ad account — yours or an agent's approved change — nothing changes in Meta and syncing goes on, but the card reads Requires attention and its details say when Meta refused it. That problem clears after Noeryx's next successful change in that account, after a token replacement — Edit token, or Replace token for a connection in error — or when you remove the account with Edit accounts; a refresh does not clear it.

Noeryx rereads the last 28 days of Meta breakdowns twice a day and reads yesterday again after the ad account's midnight. Sync now also reads today's breakdowns, except a breakdown it already read at the same level in the last 15 minutes. In Campaigns, Refresh puts today's values of the breakdown you selected, at the level you are viewing, first in line, even when they were read a few minutes ago. The other breakdowns and levels follow as reading time allows: Noeryx spends only a little time reading breakdowns for each connection in any 15 minutes. A Refresh does not always read the selected breakdown: a very large account, a sync that is already running, a Meta rate limit, or one of the pauses below can postpone any breakdown read.

Resync history asks Noeryx to read saved breakdown dates again as well as ordinary performance. Breakdowns wait while a history load runs — the first load, a Resync, or the catch-up after a long disconnect — and for 30 minutes after it ends; then they resume. When Meta asks Noeryx to slow down, breakdowns wait until that slowdown is over and for another hour after it. These pauses can apply across accounts that share the token. Meta lets Noeryx reread approximately 13 months of hourly breakdowns and 37 months of the other breakdowns. Saved breakdowns stay in Noeryx without an expiry; a provider reading limit does not erase them.

Maintain a connection

From Connections a connected entry offers Edit token, Edit accounts, Resync history and Disconnect; a connection that needs attention offers Disconnect too.

Edit accounts shows the ad accounts the stored token lists, with the connected ones ticked, and the connection's name. Tick accounts to add or untick accounts to remove, then choose Save. An added account loads its last 12 months; while a sync of the connection runs, it loads with the next refresh instead, and Noeryx says so. Saving with unticked accounts asks for a confirmation that lists what goes — their campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, creative thumbnails, statistics rows (including breakdown figures), and sync runs — and then deletes them from Noeryx. Nothing changes in Meta. While a sync of the connection runs, the removal waits for it to finish; when the sync takes longer, Noeryx says so and you try again in a minute. A connection keeps at least one ad account.
Edit token replaces the stored token. Noeryx checks the new token and lists its ad accounts: the connected ones stay, and you may tick new ones. Saving starts a refresh at once; only the newly ticked accounts get a first load. A connected account the new token cannot read is marked No access with this token and stays until you remove it with Edit accounts.
Disconnect removes the stored token and stops syncing, while the connection's accounts, campaigns, and performance stay in Noeryx.

A disconnected connection offers two ways forward:

Replace token reconnects it with fresh credentials, the same way as Edit token: Noeryx checks the token and lists its ad accounts, the accounts the connection holds refresh without a new first load, and only accounts you tick get one.
Delete removes the connection and all of its synced data from Noeryx at once. The confirmation lists what goes — ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, creative thumbnails, statistics rows (daily, weekly, monthly, and breakdown figures), journal entries, and sync runs — and asks you to type the connection name. A sync that is still running stops. If another action on the connection is still running, wait a minute and try again. Delete never deletes anything on Meta, and the workspace audit history stays.

Connect a platform
