What agents can do

Agents are advisory until a change is reviewed and approved. They can:

• Analyze synced performance, campaign structure, creatives, and current delivery status.
• Use workspace-approved tools to gather facts and cite them in their reasoning.
• Produce structured recommendations and drafts of changes.

Agents cannot:

• Call advertising platforms or provider APIs directly.
• Apply budget, status, or creative changes without human approval.
• See raw provider tokens, other workspaces' data, or your decrypted credentials.

Recommendations are designed to cite the metrics, documents, or tool results behind them, so you can judge a change before acting. Provider changes always continue through Approvals.

Members with agent-management access control the shared tool catalog in Workspace settings → Models and tools. Agent managers then choose which available tools each individual agent can use.
